Return & Exchange Policy

• 30-Day Window: We accept returns and exchanges on brand-new, uninstalled products within 30 days of the original purchase or delivery date, subject to inspection and the conditions below.

  • The "You Mount It, You Own It" Rule: Once a tire, wheel, or TPMS sensor has been mounted, installed, or electronically paired, it is officially considered road-tested and used. We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances for:

    • Tires: Once they have been mounted onto a wheel or driven on the vehicle.

    • Wheels/Rims: Once tires have been stretched onto them, or once they have been bolted onto the vehicle hub (even for a test fit).

    • TPMS Sensors: Once they have been physically installed into a valve stem hole or electronically programmed/locked to the vehicle's computer.

    • Please ensure you double-check all styles, offsets, sizes, and compatibility choices before our technician begins the physical installation process.

  • Warranty Returns: Hardware & products experiencing legitimate manufacturer defects or structural anomalies are fully protected. Warranty claims are strictly governed by the respective manufacturer's official warranty protocols. If a defect is verified upon technical inspection, the item will be adjusted, repaired, or replaced according to the manufacturer’s specific policy guidelines.
